He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ESC Rennes School of Business, France, and a Master of Law (LLM) in International Relations from Peking University, China. Augustine’s expertise spans strategic trade, development, and procurement, with a focus on how cross-border trade, investment, and policy alignment can accelerate sustainable growth in emerging economies.

He holds a Master’s in National Security Studies (Cybersecurity Governance) from the University of Haifa, Israel, and a Master of Law (LLM) in International Relations from Peking University, China. David brings a deep understanding of strategic security governance and its implications for investment, policy formulation, and sustainable development across Africa.
