Augustine has 18+ years of professional experience in international trade, development, procurement, and policy frameworks. After relocating from Europe, he spent more than a decade living and working in China. In addition to his extensive professional networks, he brings a deep understanding of the country’s economic landscape, business culture, and international engagement strategies.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ESC Rennes School of Business, France, and a Master of Law (LLM) in International Relations from Peking University, China. Augustine’s expertise lies in strategic trade, development, and procurement, with a focus on how cross-border trade, investment and policy alignment can drive sustainable growth across emerging markets.

David is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience spanning cybersecurity governance, national intelligence, and communication policy frameworks in government establishments. His expertise includes understanding how national and global security dynamics influence public policy and crime prevention in West Africa. He also has a vast professional network across Africa, enabling strategic collaboration and knowledge sharing.

He holds a Master’s in National Security Studies (Cybersecurity Governance) from the University of Haifa, Israel, and a Master of Law (LLM) in International Relations from Peking University, China. David brings a deep understanding of strategic security governance and its implications for investment, policy, and sustainable development across Africa.

He has led major donor-funded initiatives for organizations including UNICEF, USAID, the EU, and the World Bank.

Anozie is a trusted advisor to governments, NGOs, and private-sector institutions, providing data-driven solutions, capacity-building, and evidence-based systems. He leverages strategic foresight and cross-sector expertise to link humanitarian impact with industrial and technological advancement, fostering sustainable partnerships and development synergies between Africa and Asia.
